Kaliyuga nandi was a great mirudhangam artist.

This artist was a great devotee of Mahaperiva. One day he was testing his instrument and found some defect in it. He wanted to repair the instrument, when he approached the person doing a repairing work he came to understand that the thin of the Insturment should be replaced. Since it was to be made of animal skin it would take some time

The artist felt very sad because he was told that the animal will be killed and its skin will be prepared by some processing work. The aritst decided not to use that instrument anymore after 3 months wihin this period he wanted to execute already agreed programmes. When he came to chennai for a programme he decided to meet periva at kanchi.

When he met periva he expresed his feelings to periva
